IT major Infosys has been fined $3,142.02 (around ₹2.60 lakh) by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, US. The penalty was imposed due to non-payment of sales tax for the period of April 2024, according to a regulatory filing.

Inox Wind (IWL) on Thursday announced that its Board of Directors has proposed the issuance of bonus shares of 3:1 (three bonus equity shares for every one existing equity share) out of the company’s accumulated reserves.

Domestic market opened lower on Friday’s early trade. BSE Sensex was down by 477.79 pts or 0.66 per cent to trade at 72,011.20 as of 9.31 am, and Nifty 50 declined by 165 pts or 0.75 per cent to trade at 21,830.85.
