Infosys has announced a strategic five-year collaboration with Sector Alarm, one of Europe’s leading providers in security, who are partially owned by global investment firm KKR, to transform its core enterprise business systems on the cloud. Through this collaboration, Infosys will work closely with Sector Alarm to migrate its disparate, on-premises Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform onto Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O), helping them modernise its financial and business operating models.

State Bank of India has raised ₹10,000 crore at a coupon rate of 7.36 per cent through its sixth infrastructure bond issuance. The issue attracted an enthusiastic response from investors with bids in excess of ₹18,145 crore and was oversubscribed by around 3.6 times against the base issue size of ₹5,000 crore.

MSC Anna is a huge vessel with an overall length of 399.98 m (roughly the length of four football fields) and a staggering capacity of 19,200 TEUs (twenty-foot equivalent units), which makes it the largest container ship by capacity to ever visit an Indian port, APSEZ said in a statement.

Shareholders of Nestle India Ltd have rejected a proposal by the company to increase royalty payment to its parent firm, according to a regulatory filing by the company. The board had last month approved increasing royalty payment to its parent firm Societe des Produits Nestle S.A (licensor) by 0.15 per cent per year for the next five years thereby enhancing it to 5.25 per cent of net sales. It had proposed to start the 0.15 per cent per annum increase over the current royalty fee of 4.5 per annum from July 1, 2024. Subsequently, it had sought approval from its shareholders of the same as an ordinary resolution through a postal ballot.
