Today is the last date to subscribe into Vodafone Idea’s further public offer. The mega ₹18,000-crore FPO has so far been subscribed by 0.49 times. The FPO price band has been set at ₹10-11.

HDFC Bank has posted a net profit of ₹16,512 crore for Q4, higher by 37.1per cent on year but up less than 1 per cent sequentially. The results for Q4 and FY24 include the impact of the merger of erstwhile HDFC with the bank effective July 2023. Net revenue grew 47.3 per cent on year to ₹47,240 crore and included gains of ₹7,340 crore from the stake sale in subsidiary HDFC Credila Financial. As a result, the bank saw net trading and mark-to-market gains of ₹7,590 crore in Q4 against a loss of ₹40 crore in the year-ago period. Total other income for the quarter was up 108 per cent on year at ₹18,170 crore.

Vodafone Idea’s follow on public offer has been fully subscribed on the last daye of the issue. Clinching a subscription rate of 107 per cent on the 1260 crore shares on offer, India’s third largest telecom operator has successfully raised ₹18,000 crore it targeted from the public issue.

Premier Energies Limited, an integrated solar cell and solar module manufacturer with an annual installed capacity of 2 GW and 3.36 GW respectively, has filed the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI to raise over ₹1,500 crore through an initial public offering (IPO).

The National Stock Exchange of India on Thursday said that it will launch monthly futures and options (F&O) contracts on Nifty Next 50, widely known as Junior Nifty, from April 24.
