As of today, I have been working in Yabuli Forum for 20 years! For me, it was an unforgettable journey.
From the initial freshness and curiosity to the current affection and persistence, every step embodies my love for Yabuli Forum and my persistence in this career.
During these long years, I have witnessed the growth of Yabuli Forum, and I have also felt my own transformation on this platform.
Twenty years have passed, and Yabuli Forum has become my poetry and distant place.
Looking back on the days when I first arrived, although I had a longing for the future and a desire for challenges, there were also many moments when I was at a loss because I was the only one in the Secretariat at that time. I didn’t know what to do in preparing for a large-scale event. Yes, I only know one thing, and that is that I need to call and fax frequently.
Twenty years ago, email was not yet popular, Steve Jobs did not invent the iPhone, and there was no WeChat or Weibo.
At that time, I really wanted to invite Chairman Liu Jiren of Neusoft Group, but I didn’t know him, so I looked up his phone number and fax number on the Internet, sent faxes several times, and then started calling Neusoft’s front desk staff At the beginning, he told me very politely, \”If the chairman wants to participate, he will definitely reply.
\”But I waited for a long time and didn\’t receive a reply, so I continued to send them faxes. In the end, I probably sent too many faxes. The front desk staff was very angry and told me: \”Stop sending faxes, we will not participate!\” \”But later Chairman Liu Jiren came to attend the meeting and joined the Yabuli Forum Board of Directors.
Over the past 20 years, the Yabuli Forum has attracted experts, scholars, entrepreneurs and government officials from all over the world with its unique charm, where they exchange ideas, collide wisdom and seek common development.
As an organizer, I deeply feel the great responsibility, and at the same time, I have gained many learning opportunities. Every event preparation and conference service is an exercise and test for me.
My encouragement to myself is that I used to serve a chairman well, and now I serve a group of chairman well; I used to learn from one person, but now I can learn from a group of people, which can make me progress faster.
Later, I spent half a year in Hong Kong, during which I learned in depth the operating model of the forum at the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, and gradually used my expertise in my work.
I have witnessed how the Yabuli Forum has flexibly adapted to social changes at different historical stages, and how it has persisted and demonstrated its uniqueness and influence in the tide of economic globalization.
In this process, I not only accumulated valuable work experience, but more importantly, I learned how to maintain clear judgment and decision-making abilities in a complex and ever-changing environment.
Challenges and difficulties at work are inevitable. Sometimes they arise from poor communication with partners, sometimes from unsatisfactory event planning, or even sometimes from the tremendous pressure faced when dealing with emergencies.
But it is these challenges that have forged my perseverance. When encountering difficulties, my answer is: there are always more solutions than difficulties.
Is it difficult during the three-year epidemic? Is it difficult to have no money? Is it difficult to hire entrepreneurs? It’s all difficult! But there are solutions.
During these years of working at Yabuli Forum, I have also deeply realized the power of teamwork.
Whether collaborating internally or with external partners, teamwork is always the key to our success.
Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, but in the face of a common goal, we can complement each other and jointly create impressive results.
This experience of teamwork made me value every colleague and partner even more, and also made me realize the importance of unity and collaboration.
After twenty years of accumulation, I have very deep feelings for Yabuli Forum. Yabuli Forum is not only my job, but also a part of my life. It is difficult for me to express my feelings for Yabuli Forum in words.
Times have created Chinese entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs have created Yabuli Forum, and Yabuli Forum has created me.
I am proud to witness and participate in the development of the forum, and feel honored to be able to demonstrate my value on such a high-level platform.
The spirit and philosophy of Yabuli Forum will stay with me, and I should be the one who gains the most.

I have been at Yabuli Forum for 20 years, and I have also left Taikang Group for 20 years. Each of us is looking for such a fulcrum and trying to change the world in our own way. After 20 long years, I may have found it, which is the Yabuli Forum.
