Not favored by dealers? Shede Liquor Industry\’s contract liabilities fell by 15.11% in the first quarter, and accounts receivable increased by nearly 50% month-on-month.

Shede Wine Co., Ltd. today released its first quarter report for 2024.

The first quarter report showed that the company\’s receivables were 2.105 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.13%, and the net profit attributable to the parent company was 550 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 3.35%, showing a situation of increasing revenue without increasing profits.

It is worth noting that during the reporting period, Shehe Liquor Industry also received a government subsidy of 642,400 yuan.

The company\’s accounts receivable increased by 49.99% month-on-month.

Contract liabilities fell, with a decline of 15.11%.

This seems to indicate that dealers have poor expectations for the sales of Shede Liquor products.
