Facebook co-founder calls Tesla an Enron-style scam, Musk responds angrily

Dustin Moskowitz, co-founder of Facebook and CEO of software company Asana, posted on social media this week, accusing Tesla of committing massive fraud and claiming that someone will eventually go to jail.
Moskowitz compared Tesla to Enron, a disgraced energy company that went bankrupt in 2001 in one of the largest accounting frauds of the time.
Moskovitz baselessly claimed that Tesla had defrauded consumers through FSD technology, cruising range and multiple securities fraud.
Tesla CEO Musk responded to Moskowitz’s remarks on the X platform and apologized to him in a sarcastic tone.
Musk wrote: I want to apologize to Dustin Moskowitz. I called him a \’retard.\’ That was wrong.
What I\’m trying to say is this. He\’s a conceited idiot. His head is on his ass. He\’s legally blind.
I wish him all the best. Hope we can become friends one day.
In another post, Musk said: Dustin is the one who should go to jail. Because he pretends to be a smart guy.
